TICKET POLICY

Theatre Ticket Refund / Exchange Policy

Tickets purchased online or at the box office can be refunded up to 24 hours prior to the listed show time only.

Tickets purchased on www.myplazatheatre.com can be refunded up to 24 hours prior to the show time listed. If you are looking to change show times or movies, we must refund the original order and you must repurchase tickets for the new selection.

Tickets purchased at the theatre can only be refunded in person, at the theatre box office. The Plaza Theatre is not open daily. We are only open during showing hours listed on our website. Once a showing has started, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged for that showing or performance.

PLEASE NOTE THAT TICKETS PURCHASED ARE ONLY VALID FOR THE FILM TITLE, LOCATION, DATE, SHOWTIME AND SEATS LISTED ON YOUR TICKET(S)/CONFIRMATION. WE URGE YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR DESIRED SELECTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS.
 
In the rare event that a show is cancelled or the theatre is unable to honor your tickets, you will be entitled to a full refund or ticket exchange.
